I see Sears filed for bankruptcy today.
If you remember, Lou D'ambrosia was the Avaya CEO who orchestrated the company going private and going into something like $12 billion in debt which led to Avaya's bankruptcy.
Right after Avaya going private he left for "medical reasons" and a little later became the CEO of Sears and orchestrated the merger with K-Mart. A little while after that he left again for "medical reasons".
So counting K-Mart, Sears, and Avaya, that is 3 notches he can put on his bed post for companies that he has screwed.
Unfreaking beleivable.
