I can't find a phone number to call about my missing W2. Any suggestions

First of all, for January thru June in 2018, Avaya paid pensions in arrears at the end of the month.
So, the Avaya 1099-R is for 6 months.

For July thru December in 2018, the PPGC paid pensions in advance at the beginning of the month.
So, the PBGC 1099-R is for 7 months.

Alight Solutions is the provider of the Avaya Form 1099-R for the first six months of 2018. The contact number provided on the Form 1099-R is 844-868-6236 which is the Avaya Pension Service Center.

State Street is the provider of the PBGC Form 1099-R for the last six months (seven monthly payments) of 2018. The contact number provided on the Form 1099-R is 800-400-7242 which is the State Street Retiree Services for USPBGC

If you have problems with the person(s) answering at these numbers, I would insist on speaking with a supervisor and/or manager.

I did get my 1099-R forms; it's the W2 I'm missing. But lats year the W2 came from Alight, so I'll call the number you posted for them. Thank you

Al the forms from Avaya are available for download on the Pension Service Center website (back to 2016). Does not include the PBGC forms.
