Not sure what the issue is but if I'm on the right topic.... I had submitted an automatic premium reimbursement form in Dec. to Towers Watson. When I reach the $2500 (March) all payouts will be done. In early January, I got a very timely check for the first premium. After reading about these issues, prior to Feb. payout, I tried to log into my Towers Watson reimbursement account, without success. They said it was a systems issue; call back later. The next day no success so I simply called a rep. and asked about the status of my Feb. check (which was "about" due but not necessarily late). They confirmed it was mailed on 2/5. It arrived today. One more check in March and I'll have no need to be concerned with who's managing what for this in 2017. All of my efforts and correspondance has been with Towers Watson (but it may have been a payflex phone number that I called for "contact us".)
