Hello Vern -
Thank you for your reply to my question of yesterday -
Would you please explain your reply with some more description -
You wrote: "HRA account Funding, Avaya has made the deposits for 2018. You have to make any changes before December 7, 2017.
You better hurry. Regards, Vern Larson"

I am an Avaya Salaried Retiree.

Questions - Please explain: What should I hurry to do ? What changes must I make before December 7, 2017 ?

Note 1: I still have had no OFFICIAL Communication of any kind from Avaya or from OneExchange.
Note 2: When I login to OneExchange, there is no visble Year 2018 HRA funding for my account.

Thank you for any insight.
Dave

Reply to your request regarding HRA One Exchange.

Sorry, I do not check this feed all of the time.

If you want to change or have to change the insurance you had last year because the company does not provide it
in your state anymore then the deadline is December 7th.

Dec 7th is the last day for one to make any changes to there Medicare Supplemental Health insurance Plan and Medicare Drug plan.

Hello Everyone - Regarding The Year 2018 OneExchange HRA -
I am pleased to report that I now see a $2,500 balance for my Year 2018 OneExchange Account.
The date of the deposit was: December 8, 2017.
I will submit claims as soon as I have the required invoices from my Medical Plan Provider.

Just for reference: I am an Avaya Salaried Retiree - Not Medicare Eligible - living in Colorado.
Best wishes,
Dave

Anyone get a HRA premium reimbursement claim processed yet at OneExchange for 2018? I submitted one Jan 2 and am still waiting after they said it would take 2 business days.

Tom,

I called today about a claim I filed Jan. 9 and was told it would be paid last week of Jan or first week of Feb.

Seems to be working better this year; I submitted a six month reimbursement claim for my BC/BC plan on 12/22/17, and received a check on 01/14/2018 for the full amount. Oddly , the automatic reimbursement for my WellCare prescription plan takes 5 to 6 weeks, but at least it gets here. Last year was a nightmare for both!
